UPVC Plumbing Pipes

The offered kamplast rigid PVC plumbing pipes are widely used for transportation of drinking water in residential and industrial places and are completely pit and tuberculation free thus, unaffected by fungi and bacteria. These pipes have smooth inner surface which prohibits any bacterial growth or harboring of the solid matter. These are national sanitary foundation (NSF) of USA approved and are having residual vinyl chloride monomer, which is less than 2 PPM which is much secured to use in food contact applications.

Installation steps:

Threading of pipes use of standard tools e.g. Pipe wrench, pipe threading dies, pipe vises etc.

Joining of threaded pipes and fittings, as per piping layout using standard method of metal pipe line fixing.

Provide chamfer before threading

Preferably use parallel threads over other ones

Use of hold tight or Teflon tape for 100% leak proof joint

Over tightening of the joint to be avoided
